The Norwegian Ski Federation has nominated five
athletes for the Summer Grand Prix 2014: Olympic
Champion Jurgen Graabak will start at the first
SGP stop of Oberwiesenthal together with his teammates
Haavard Klemetsen, Jan Schmid, Thomas Kjelbotn and
Magnus Krog.
After the competitions in Oberwiesenthal, the team
will head to Oberstdorf for a training camp and
not take part in the mid-week competition in Villach.
Mikko Kokslien, who skips the competitions in Oberwiesenthal,
will meet the team in Oberstdorf so that a team
of six Norwegians will be on the start for the final
two competitions of the summer of 2014.
„This will be the first competition period after
the winter and it is always exciting where we stand
compared to the competition. It will be great to
compete with the rest of the top athletes and it
is our goal to deliver good performances“, Sports
Director Sverre Rotevatn says.
