Marinus Kraus posted jumps on 138.5 m and 127 m
on Saturday evening and won an exciting competition
with a total of 275.9 points.
The second place went to Karl Geiger with 272.8
points (136.5 m and 127 m), Severin Freund finished
third with 137.5 m and 129 m (271.6 points).
The overall winner of this year's FIS Grand Prix,
Andreas Wellinger, missed the podium with his 269.0
points (140 m and 125 m), but with this performance
he clearly won the junior's ranking ahead of Tim
Fuchs (120.5 m and 124 m; 232.6 points) and Sebastian
Bradatsch (124 m and 120 m; 232.2 points).
Bavaria 1 (Michael Neumayer, Karl Geiger, Marinus
Kraus, Severin Freund) took a clear win in Sunday's
team competition with a total of 1088.7 points,
Baden-Wuerttemberg 1 (Maximilian Mechler, Dominik
Maylaender, Martin Schmitt, Jan Maylaender; 939.9
points) was second, Bavaria 2 (Christian Heim, Michael
Dreher, Pius Paschko, Markus Eisenbichler; 907.7
points) was third.
Ladies' title to Katharina Althaus
With jumps on 97.5 m and 99 m and 240.0 points,
Katharina Althaus won the ladies' competition on
the normal hill. Melanie Faisst took the second
place with 232.0 points (95 m and 98.5 m), the bronze
medal went to Gianina Ernst with 93.5 m and 97.5
m (230.5 points).
