Statements about the competition

Sara Takanashi (JPN):

"The wind was changing a lot, as you could see. But I did my best and at the end I could win. This success gives me self-confidence for the Olympic Games."

Daniela Iraschko-Stolz (AUT):

"First I want to thank the organizers in Hinzenbach because the hill was so well prepared although there was no snow in the region. The wind conditions were not easy, but the jury did a good job. Of course you always need some luck under these conditions. I had two good jumps, even if they were not perfect. Tomorrow is a new day and I hope I can challenge Sara again. I love to jump in Austria."

Maja Vtic (SLO):

"I'm very happy about my third place, it's my first podium finish. The conditions were difficult, but at the end this was good for me. It's a good sign for Sochi. I was very consistent during the season, that's why I'm confident."
