"I already took part in a FIS Cup competition in Courchevel 4 years ago. But I was surprised when I arrived yesterday and saw this brand new sport center. It is very well organised because everything is on site. I hope tomorrow the conditions will be as good as today and maybe I can reach the first place."
Only 0.4 points behind Paschke, Ronan Lamy Chappuis of France finished third with 96 m and 94.5 m. This was the first podium result in this competition series for the 20-year-old.
