Harri Olli returns to the international ski jumping stage this weekend. The Finn will be competing in the Continental Cup in Lahti.
The 28-year-old is one of twelve Finnish jumpers, who will get the chance to take part in the home events. These will be Harri Olli's first international competitions since he retired in 2011.
"Getting this call was a nice surprise, since it's been almost three years since I took part in an FIS competition. Back then I decided to quit ski jumping after the competitions in Japan", the silver medalist of the World Championships 2007 is quoted on iltasanomat.fi.
Harri Olli, who won three World Cup competitions so far, set high goals for his comeback. "The chances to compete in the 4-Hills or the Olympics are of course very slim. The goal is to jump well at the World Championships 2017 in Lahti."
