from 10. to 13. March 2004 in Germany - Reit im Winkl - Bavaria

NVITATION

A warm welcome to all athletes, supervisors and guests to the international Masters-Championship of Nordic combined and ski jumping.

These championships are held now for the 15 th time and it's exceptional how they have developed in the last years.

The existing distinguished venues always tried hard to create the best conditions as possible for the participating athletes.

The WSV Reit im Winkl and the community Reit im Winkl will take care that this big event is organised and handled in a professional and international way.

We wish all active participants a successful and fair competition and we hope that all guests have a pleasant stay in Reit im Winkl.

Competition Rules

The Masters-Championship Nordic combined and Ski jumping is held according to the regulations of the IMC.

Ski jumping:

The participants can register for 2 ski jumps. All categories are divided in 5-years-intervals:

30-34 years, 35-39 years and so on. Ski jumps sizes: K-18, K-57 and K-90.

Nordic combined

The participants can register for only 1 ski jump. The cross country ski run courses are in average difficulty with following length:

30 - 49 years 10 km
50 - 54 and 55 - 59 5 km
60 and older 3 km

team competition

The national teams consist of 6 participants. The participation of mixed teams can be approved by the jury.

Celebration of the winner :

The winner celebration will be organised on the same day after the competition at the ski jump and at the open air theatre at the cross country stadium.

Entry Rules

Each athlete can join 2 competitions in ski jumping (on 2 ski jumps) and in the Nordic combined.

The registration can only be done with the official registration form with precise information about the athlete: First- and surname, sex, year of birth, discipline and ski jump size.

Fees :

20.- _ per participant and ski jump who are registered until February 1st, 2004
26.- _ per participant and ski jump who are registered until March 1st, 2004
31.- _ per participant and ski jump who are registered after March 1st, 2004

A 50 % reduction is given with a registration before February 1st 2004. Trainings fee at the ski jumps per day _ 9,-- Banquet meal without drinks and program must be paid in advance because of organizational reasons _ 30,-- per person.

For room reservation please contact the tourist information with specification with kind of accommodation you like: Hotel, guesthouse, private pension or apartment. Or contact directly the hotels.

Information :

Transport / Transfer

The travelling expenses, transfer costs from the airport and transfer cost at Reit im Winkl must be paid by the participant. The organizer can be helpful with the organisation of the transfers.

All sportsmen, all spectators and other participants are part of the event on their own risk and are amenable to the personal insurance duty. The WSV Reit im Winkl and the community Reit im Winkl do not assume a responsibility.
